I have developed a fairly simple business model. My process
puts the emphasis back on the client. I lay out everything up
front, and then show you our plan for properly marketing your home.
You are supplied with all current market data, then I add up the plusses and
minuses of your property and come to a suggested listing price.
I also listen carefully to you, as the client often has useful
insight into the marketing of a particular property.
I have been at this a long time.
I can
give you useful tips on proper preparation of your home to achieve
better presentation. Better presentation leads to shorter
listing periods, which means you are one step closer to getting to
where you want to be. However, I don't dictate, I work with
you at all times.
Once we have
established the listing price, we go to marketing.
The MLS network is the largest in North America, and
your listing can be seen by millions of potential
buyers. I make sure your property is properly
photographed and documented. Also, I've added
virtual tours to each and every listing I do, as it was
found that potential buyers are more and more using
their computers to shop for homes. They will see
yours at its best!! It will also be featured here, and
my site gets a huge amount of traffic from proper search
engine placement. Just google "deluxe home sales"
and there I am (three of the the most common terms used
when searching for a nice house!).
